Two easy ways to return your equipment

When you make a change to your WOW! equipment, you’ll receive instructions telling you whether your WOW!-provided equipment should be returned, recycled, taken to a new residence, or left in your home. You’ll have the option to ship equipment with a prepaid label or return it to a local equipment drop box. After you’ve received this communication, you can view your equipment, return instructions, and return status in the WOW! Equipment Return Hub.

Remember to return your equipment by the due date to avoid incurring unreturned equipment fees. Once your equipment is received, it can take up to two weeks for your return to be processed and reflected in your account.

Choose how you'd like to return your equipment.

Ship with a Prepaid Label

1. Return instructions and pre-paid label You will receive an email from WOW! with details on what equipment you need to return, recycle, or keep in your home. A QR code for a prepaid label will be included for all returns. Your return due date is in your instruction email. Once your equipment is received, allow 5-7 business days for it to show as processed in your account.


2. Package your equipment* Carefully package your equipment. Include accessories like power cords, HDMI cables, and remotes that were provided to you.


3. Drop off your equipment Provide the QR code and your package at your local FedEx Ship Center or Walgreens. Use one shipping label per box. If you need additional return labels, you can generate more in the Equipment Return Hub.


4. Save your receipt Be sure to get a receipt with your tracking details from the associate.

*Recycle as needed. For equipment that can be recycled instead of returned, find a location near you at recyclingcenters.org.

Find a secure drop box location near you

Find a payment center near you. Search for a staffed location here where you can pay in person (enter "WOW Internet" in the Biller search field).
