How can I reset my Personal Identification Number (PIN) for Pay-Per-View or OnDemand?

How to Change Your Pay-Per-View or OnDemand Purchase PIN for WOW! Original:

(If you have not set a Pay-Per-View or OnDemand PIN, then the default PIN will work on your account. The default PIN is either 0000, 1234, or 3215.)

• Press the Setting button twice on the remote control.
• Use the "Up" and "Down" arrow buttons on the remote to highlight the Purchase: PIN.
• Press the Select button on the remote control twice.
• Enter one of the default pins 0000, 1234, or 3215.
• Enter a new 4 digit pin.
• Re-enter the 4 digit pin to confirm.
• Press Exit.

Mid-Michigan customers: if you have not set a PIN, you can do so by going to Parental Controls/PINs Setup in the on-screen menu. You will be asked to assign any four digital number to create a PIN. If you have reset your PIN and cannot remember the new code, contact us for further assistance.
